About Ajna
Ajna Capital is a rapidly growing Web3 venture fund headquartered in Dubai, backed by top-tier crypto figures and LP positions in leading funds like Pantera, Multicoin and VanEck. We work with some of the most influential names in Web3.

The Role
You’ll help build Ajna’s brand and social presence, working closely with the founders and marketing team. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll see your work go live fast.

What You’ll Do

- Create and schedule content across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Write posts, captions, and short-form copy in a clear, sharp brand voice.
- Support design and video work using Canva or similar tools.
- Track trends in crypto and Web3 and turn them into content ideas.
- Monitor engagement and report on what’s working.
- Help with community and event content.

What We’re Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, ideally in mass communication, marketing, journalism, or a related field.




- Strong written English and a good eye for design and detail.
- Active on social media, with a feel for what performs.
- Curious about crypto and Web3, and keen to learn.
- Proactive, quick to learn, and comfortable working rapid.

Nice to Have

- Basic Canva, CapCut, or Figma skills.
- Prior social media or content experience, including college societies or personal accounts.
- A portfolio or sample of content you’ve created.
