Job Summary :
Optimizers is associated with optical retail and eye-care operations, including optical stores, hospital optical counters, and eyewear sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, frames, lenses, and other optical products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable optical solutions.
- Handle sales, billing, and daily store operations.
- Maintain product displays, stock availability, and inventory records.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements :
- 2–4 years of experience in the optical industry.
- Solid knowledge of optical frames, lenses, and related products.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively in a team.
- Immediate joiners preferred .
