AR Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The AR Analyst is responsible for managing outstanding insurance and patient receivables, ensuring timely follow-up, payment recovery, denial resolution coordination, and reduction of aging AR. The role focuses on improving cash flow, reducing write-offs, and identifying revenue leakage.

JOB OBJECTIVE: (Senior Process Associate – AR Analyst)

- Handle complex and high-dollar AR accounts.
- Perform root cause analysis for aged AR.
- Monitor payer-specific AR trends.
- Identify contract payment discrepancies.
- Work on escalated payer issues.
- Analyse denial patterns impacting AR.
- Prepare monthly AR aging reports.
- Coordinate with Credentialing for contract-related delays.
- Support process improvements to reduce AR days.
- Mentor junior AR analysts.

Walkin- 11.00 am to 3.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
