Job Title: Civil Planning Engineer

Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Planning Engineer with 8–12 years of experience in construction/project planning. The candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, analysing delays, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Prepare baseline schedules, WBS, activity sequencing, and project milestones.
- Monitor actual progress against planned targets and identify schedule deviations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress/MIS reports.
- Develop and monitor S-curves, manpower plans, resource schedules, and look-ahead plans.
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare catch-up/recovery schedules.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, contracts, and subcontractor teams.
- Track material, manpower, equipment, and other project resources.
- Monitor project milestones and critical activities to ensure timely completion.
- Review contractor/subcontractor schedules and progress submissions.
- Assist in quantity tracking,



BOQ monitoring, cost forecasting, and project controls.
- Prepare management dashboards and highlight key project risks and delays.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain proper planning documentation and project records.
- Support project management in strategic planning and decision-making.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Excellent knowledge of construction planning and project controls.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methodology.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, S-curves, and progress measurement.
- Knowledge of delay analysis, resource planning, and schedule optimisation.
- Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to independently manage planning activities for large-scale projects.

Preferred Experience:

- 8–12 years in civil construction/project planning, preferably with experience handling large-scale infrastructure, industrial, commercial, or building projects.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
