Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure that work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of civil construction activities, the ability to supervise workers, and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of workers, masons, carpenters, and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure construction work meets required quality standards and project schedules.
- Monitor the use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other teams.
- Check work progress and report daily site activities to management.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve them.
- Maintain records of manpower, materials, and work progress.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Previous experience in civil construction site supervision is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
- Ability to understand civil drawings and technical instructions.
- Positive leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and complete tasks within project deadlines.
- Candidates with UAE or GCC construction experience will have an advantage.
