We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (Instagram) | Palombrre by Palak
Palombrre by Palak is a Kolkata-based women’s ethnic wear label doing both retail and wholesale. Instagram is one of our main sales channels, and we’re looking for someone to own it end to end.
What you’ll do
- Build the Instagram strategy and monthly content plan to grow the page
- Shoot content at our Park Street office once every two weeks (Saturdays), covering two weeks of material per shoot
- Edit and deliver remotely: 2 Reels + 1 designed static post every week
- Keep the page updated with our latest designs, since many of our orders come through Instagram
- Handle posting directly (login will be shared)
- Manage collaborations: reaching out to creators and brands and following up
What you’ll need
- Strong Reel editing and static post design skills
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and AI editing tools
- Ability to shoot good product and model content
- Ideas for growing a fashion page,
not just executing posts
- Based in Kolkata and able to travel to Park Street every alternate Saturday
Work setup
- Remote, with one office visit every two weeks for shoots
- One initial office visit to understand our work and collections
Pay: ₹8,000–10,000 per month (fixed, non-negotiable)
