Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Blended Process (Voice + Chat) openings across Gurugram, Delhi and Noida.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls and chat support.
- Assist customers with their questions, complaints and service-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and high customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines and achieve assigned performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- V4–V5 English communication skills are mandatory.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Comfortable handling both voice and chat interactions.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, as per process requirements.

Salary & Benefits

- Annual CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA.
