Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily shop-floor manufacturing and fabrication activities.
- Allocate manpower and monitor operator productivity.
- Handle sheet metal fabrication, CNC machine operations, and aluminium fabrication activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedules.
- Monitor material consumption, machine utilisation, and work progress.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, and Stores teams.
- Conduct first-level quality checks and ensure process compliance.
- Maintain shift reports, production records, and attendance.
- Ensure housekeeping, discipline, and workplace safety on the shop floor.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in metal manufacturing or fabrication.
- Knowledge of CNC machines, fabrication processes, and production operations.
- Ability to manage operators and shop-floor manpower.
- Solid supervision, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of quality and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
