Job Description: Research Analyst

Role Summary

You will research, analyze data, and prepare reports that support strategic planning, working closely with the Director.

Responsibilities

- Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and executive summaries from desktop and field research.
- Build and update research databases.
- Work with the Director to turn market insights into strategic plans.
- Plan project schedules and coordinate assigned team members.
- Track energy policies, schemes, technology, and market trends, and attend industry events.

Requirements

- Degree in a technical, energy, agricultural, or environmental field (B.Sc., M.Sc., Biotech, etc.).
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of energy systems.  Research project experience preferred; freshers welcome.

Skills

- Desktop research, statistical analysis, and data synthesis.




- Microsoft Tools, Google sheets, Google Docs
- Awareness of biomass, biogas, biofuels, and Indian energy policy.
- Transparent writing, planning, and attention to detail.
