We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to join our team.

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Industry: Heavy Equipment & Construction Machinery

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall service and maintenance operations.
- Handle servicing and troubleshooting of excavators and other construction equipment.
- Lead and supervise service engineers and technicians.
- Ensure timely equipment maintenance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with customers and ensure efficient after-sales service.

Required Skills:

- Robust technical knowledge of excavators and heavy construction machinery.
- Good team management and leadership skills.
- Experience in service operations and customer handling.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
