Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify recent business opportunities.
- Approach corporate clients for commercial interior and office projects.
- Conduct client visits and face-to-face meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams.
- Maintain client records and achieve monthly targets.
- Assist the Managing Director with business development activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
- Willing to travel across Chennai and surrounding areas.
