Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate in office execution of interior design projects. The role involves coordinating with labour teams, vendors, and contractors while ensuring that work progresses according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working on-site, managing people, solving practical problems, and bringing design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Coordination

- Monitor day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow.

- Coordinate with labour teams, contractors, vendors, and other site personnel.

- Supervise carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, POP, flooring, painting, and other interior execution activities.

- Assign tasks to workers and monitor their productivity and work quality.

- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are available as per site requirements.

- Visit multiple project sites as required and monitor progress regularly.

Technical & Quality Oversight:

- Read and understand technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.





- Ensure site execution follows approved drawings and client-approved specifications.

- Conduct quality checks for workmanship, dimensions, materials, and installations.

- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them promptly.

- Maintain records of materials delivered, consumed, and available on-site.

Project Planning & Coordination:

- Plan and monitor daily and weekly work schedules.

- Track site progress and help ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

- Identify on-site challenges and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve them.

- Communicate effectively with workers, contractors, vendors, and the internal design team.

- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and work discipline.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD with the ability to read and understand drawings.

- Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

- Understanding of interior site execution, including:

- Furniture and fixtures

- Carpentry and POP work

- Civil work, plumbing, and electrical

- Flooring and tiling

- Painting and finishes

- Basic understanding of site measurements, materials, and installation processes.

Soft Skills:

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi

- Strong coordination, multitasking,



and time-management abilities.

- Ability to manage workers and coordinate with contractors and vendors.

- Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn.

- Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Other Requirements:

Must own a two-wheeler for travelling between project sites.

Willingness to work from the office and visit project sites as required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing.

Candidates with a relevant Civil Engineering qualification may also apply.

Experience: 0–5 years.
