## Qualifications
- CA preferred.
- Extensive experience in the Record to Report (RTR) process.
## Key Responsibilities
- Build the team by interviewing candidates for the RTR process during the initial 2–3 months.
- Be available for interviews on Saturdays during the initial team-building period.
- Transition to the project after the interview phase.
**Expectation:** The resource is expected to build the RTR team through interviews for the first 2–3 months, including Saturdays, and will be absorbed into the project afterward.
Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
