We're building multiple products at Thea IT Solutions, and behind every product is infrastructure that needs to be designed, deployed and maintained.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with Linux, experimenting with infrastructure and figuring out how things work behind the scenes. You'll work alongside our engineering team and get involved in the actual workflows used to build, deploy and operate our products.
This isn't about spending three months just watching tutorials. We want someone who learns by doing, experiments independently and takes ownership of the things they work on.
What You'll Work On
Work with Linux servers and system administration.
Assist with AWS infrastructure management.
Work with Docker and containerization.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Explore infrastructure automation and monitoring.
Assist with application deployments.
Document infrastructure and deployment workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of Linux and command-line tools.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Bash or Python).
- Interest in AWS, Docker and cloud infrastructure.
- Someone who enjoys experimenting, learning independently and building things.
Valuable to Have: Experience with AWS, GitHub Actions, Nginx, Kubernetes, Grafana and Terraform. AWS Certifications plus.
