Job Overview

Lere Academy is looking for a highly skilled and experienced C1–C2 German Language Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent German language proficiency, solid teaching abilities, and the expertise to train learners at advanced proficiency levels. The candidate must be capable of delivering structured, engaging, and result-oriented training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct advanced German language training sessions for C1–C2 level learners.
- Develop and deliver structured lesson plans and learning materials.
- Train students in advanced grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Prepare students for internationally recognized German language proficiency examinations.
- Focus on advanced communication, fluency, pronunciation, and professional language usage.
- Assess students' performance through regular tests, assignments, and mock examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and individual guidance to improve language proficiency.
- Create an interactive and engaging learning environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

- C1–C2 level proficiency in German is mandatory.




- Proven experience in teaching advanced German language courses is mandatory.
- Relevant German language certifications such as Goethe-Zertifikat C1/C2, TestDaF, or equivalent are preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong command of German grammar, vocabulary, and advanced language concepts.
- Ability to handle learners with different learning abilities.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
- Experience in preparing students for German proficiency examinations is an added advantage.
