Berkley Škoda is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Executive / Cashier to manage daily cash transactions, accounting entries and financial records.

We are looking for a candidate with hands-on cashiering experience, good working knowledge of Tally and strong MS Excel skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle day-to-day cash transactions, customer payments and receipts.
- Manage cash, cheque, UPI, card and online payment collections.
- Maintain daily cash books and perform cash reconciliation.
- Prepare daily cash collection reports and ensure timely bank deposits.
- Make accounting entries in Tally and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle receipt vouchers, payment vouchers and other accounting documentation.
- Perform customer ledger reconciliation and assist in bank reconciliation.
- Maintain daily transaction records and prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with sales, service and accounts teams for payment-related activities.
- Ensure accuracy,



transparency and proper documentation of all financial transactions.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Cashier is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of Tally is essential.
- Robust command over MS Excel.
- Practical knowledge of cash handling, cash reconciliation and banking transactions.
- Ability to maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
- Honest, organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
- Automobile dealership experience will be an added advantage.
