Job Description – Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – SCM

Experience: 4+ Years
Qualification: Graduate in Engineering / Supply Chain Management; MBA preferred.

Job Purpose

To manage supply chain operations, ensuring timely material availability, optimum inventory levels, effective procurement coordination, and on-time customer deliveries for the car seat cover manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare material requirement plans (MRP) based on production schedules, customer requirements, and BOM.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Stores teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels, material shortages, stock accuracy, and slow-moving materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries, lead-time management, and material quality issues.
- Manage inbound logistics, finished goods dispatches, and customer delivery schedules.




- Maintain ERP records and prepare MIS reports on inventory, material availability, and supplier performance.
- Identify opportunities to reduce inventory costs, material wastage, and logistics expenses.
- Ensure adherence to supply chain processes and customer delivery commitments.

Required Skills

- Experience in supply chain operations within automotive or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of material planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in automotive interiors, seat covers, or textile manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹284,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
