Role Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Lead Generation Executive who can generate qualified leads through calling, LinkedIn & other channels and support the sales team to close business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, IndiaMART & other platforms
- Qualify leads as per company criteria & forward to sales team
- Make 80-100 calls per day & maintain CRM / Excel tracker
- Research potential clients, industries & markets
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads
- Build database of prospective customers
- Coordinate with sales & marketing team for campaigns
- Achieve daily / weekly / monthly lead targets
Requirements
- 1 - 3 Years experience in Lead Generation / Telecalling / Inside Sales
- Valuable communication in Hindi & English
- Hands-on experience with CRM, Excel, LinkedIn, IndiaMART
- Confident, target-driven & self-motivated
- Ability to handle rejections and convert them
