Maxnova Healthcare is looking for two experienced and dedicated QC professionals for its Baddi manufacturing facility.

We have two separate openings in the Quality Control Department:

- QC Officer – Raw Material (RM): 1 vacancy
- QC Officer – Packaging Material (PM): 1 vacancy

Candidates must have relevant practical experience in sampling, testing and quality inspection of the respective materials.

Key Responsibilities

1. Raw Material (RM) Sampling & Testing

- Perform sampling of incoming raw materials as per approved sampling procedures.
- Conduct physical, chemical and other applicable quality tests.
- Verify raw materials against approved specifications.
- Handle laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Perform routine calibration checks and maintain calibration records.
- Maintain sampling records, test reports and QC documentation.
- Identify and report non-conforming raw materials.
- Coordinate with Stores, QA and Production departments.

2. Packaging Material (PM) Sampling & Testing

- Perform sampling and inspection of incoming packaging materials.
- Inspect bottles, caps, jars, tubes, labels, cartons, foils and other packaging components.




- Conduct dimensional, visual, colour, printing and other applicable quality checks.
- Verify packaging materials against approved samples, artwork and specifications.
- Identify and report defective or non-conforming materials.
- Maintain sampling records, inspection reports and QC documentation.
- Coordinate with Stores, QA, Purchase and Production departments.

Educational Qualification

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry or equivalent relevant qualification for RM QC.
- B.Sc. / Diploma in Chemistry or a relevant technical discipline for PM QC.

Experience Required

- RM QC: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Raw Material sampling and testing.
- PM QC: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Packaging Material sampling and inspection.

Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, herbal or FMCG manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
