Rashika Mittal is a luxury Indian womenswear label. Every piece is hand-embroidered by karigars in our Jaipur atelier and made to order: zardozi, aari, gota patti, mukesh, marodi, mirror work. We need one person to run production end to end and make sure nothing leaves the atelier unless it is perfect.

What you will own:

- Orders: turn every order (website, WhatsApp, stockists, custom measurements) into a job card and get it dispatched within 4-5 weeks

- Sourcing: fabric, threads, zari, sequins, trims and packaging; manage suppliers and dyers; keep material stock and bills

- Karigars and tailors: plan daily work, follow up, track attendance and keep payment records

- Quality check: check every piece before packing (measurements, embroidery, stitching, finishing, pressing) and get faults fixed before dispatch

- Dispatch: packing, courier booking, tracking, stockist shipments, and photos/videos of each finished piece





- Sampling: coordinate current-collection samples with the designer and cost them

- Daily update in Google Sheets: what is in work, what is late, and why

You have:

- 2-5 years in garment or embroidery production (boutique, designer label or export house)

- Strong knowledge of fabrics and hand embroidery; you spot bad finishing instantly

- Comfortable leading karigars on the floor

- Fluent Hindi, workable English, WhatsApp and Google Sheets/Excel

- Two-wheeler preferred

Salary: Rs 21,000-22,000 fixed + up to Rs 4,000 monthly performance bonus (on-time dispatch and quality)

Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. Full-time, 6 days, on-site.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
