We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance.
- Monitor sales KPIs, including ATV, UPT, ABV and conversion rate.
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory control and replenishment.
- Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Ensure billing accuracy, cash handling and daily sales reporting.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming,



punctuality and discipline.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification is Plus Two / Degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in menswear or fashion retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of sales KPIs, inventory and billing operations.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
