We are seeking a driven Business Development Associate to join our corporate gifting team. You will expand our brand footprint by connecting with B2B decision-makers (HR, Procurement, and Marketing) and introducing them to our curated gifting solutions.
What You Will Do
- Outreach: Conduct daily cold outreach via calls and emails to build a healthy pipeline of prospective B2B clients.
- Pitching: Present physical or digital gifting catalogs based on client requirements.
- Internal Coordination: Work with internal design teams to create custom proposals, sample hampers, and commercial quotes.
- Relationship Management: Manage the sales cycle from customization to final delivery, ensuring client retention for future gifting needs.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 0 to 2 years of B2B sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written/spoken English communication.
- Technical Familiarity:
Confident phone presence and basic comfort with MS Excel or CRM tracking tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
