- Drink Preparation: Mix traditional and creative cocktails, pour beer, and serve wine according to established recipes. • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, recommend drinks based on preferences, and build rapport with regulars. • Legal Compliance: Verify customer identification and age, enforce local alcohol laws, and monitor for intoxication. • Bar Maintenance: Stock ice, clean glassware, prep fresh garnishes, and keep the workspace sanitary. • Financial Transactions: Open and maintain customer tabs, process credit/cash payments, operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, and balance cash receipts. • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering
