Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our clinical team at Kompally. The candidate will be responsible for conducting physiotherapy assessments, developing personalised exercise plans, guiding clients through physical wellness programmes and monitoring their progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and evaluate clients' mobility, posture, flexibility and physical condition.
- Develop personalised exercise and physical wellness programmes based on individual requirements.
- Guide clients through therapeutic exercises, stretching, mobility and strengthening routines.
- Support weight-management and body-wellness programmes within the scope of physiotherapy practice.
- Educate clients on posture correction, movement techniques, injury prevention and physical fitness.
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate assessment and treatment records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists and other clinical professionals to provide integrated care.
- Ensure client safety, privacy and comfort during consultations and sessions.
- Follow clinic protocols and maintain a hygienic and professional treatment environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- BPT or MPT degree from a recognised institution.
- Valid qualified registration wherever applicable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of physiotherapy assessments and therapeutic exercise techniques.
- Patient-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fresh graduates with relevant clinical knowledge and practical exposure are welcome.
- Prior experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, fitness or wellness settings is an advantage.
