Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Industrial Sales Head to lead and expand our Automotive Division. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, acquiring automotive OEMs and Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, building strategic customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial B2B sales, automotive customer acquisition, OEM sales, and technical product selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Automotive Division.
- Identify and acquire new customers, including automotive OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, auto component manufacturers, and ancillary industries.
- Develop business opportunities for specialty chemicals, adhesives, sealants, bonding solutions, and related industrial products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase heads, production heads, plant heads, quality teams, and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Identify customer-specific applications and recommend suitable product solutions in coordination with the technical team.
- Drive new product approvals, sampling, trials, and conversion into regular business.
- Develop annual sales plans, revenue forecasts, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing,



and recent business opportunities.
- Lead and manage the automotive sales team and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order execution, collections, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong experience in OEM sales and handling automotive component manufacturers.
- Good understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and industrial product applications.
- Proven track record of acquiring new customers and developing large B2B accounts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage key accounts, sales teams, and revenue targets.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
