Summary
Seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with 10–12 years of experience in ABAP development, solution design, system integration, and project delivery. Responsible for designing scalable, high-performance solutions, ensuring code quality and security standards, optimizing performance, resolving technical issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring teams to deliver business value.Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP ABAP development and delivery activities, ensuring project milestones are achieved in alignment with business priorities, timelines, and quality standards.
- Plan, estimate, and manage technical development activities, conduct periodic progress reviews, proactively identify risks, and escalate dependencies or delays while optimizing resources and delivery costs.
- Drive technical design and implementation of complex SAP solutions using ABAP, Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, interfaces, and other relevant SAP technologies.
- Ensure adherence to organizational governance and compliance requirements, including Information Security (InfoSec), Internal Financial Controls (IFC), IT security standards, coding guidelines, and API development standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, enterprise architects, and the Digital SMT team to provide technical updates, facilitate periodic reviews, and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Identify business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure,



and high-performance SAP technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and innovation opportunities to design and implement forward-looking digital solutions that improve business processes, operational efficiency, and overall business value.
- Drive technical excellence through solution reviews, code reviews, performance tuning, reusable component development, and adherence to SAP development best practices.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and maintenance of SAP interfaces and integrations, ensuring reliability, availability, data consistency, and seamless connectivity with internal and external systems.
- Proactively monitor SAP application health, troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to minimize production incidents and service disruptions.
- Lead technical impact assessments, effort estimations, defect resolution, and deployment planning across development, quality assurance, and production environments.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams during integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance, system stability, development productivity, and overall solution quality.
- Prepare and maintain technical specifications, design documents, interface documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials in accordance with project standards.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
