We are looking for an enthusiastic CRM Executive to manage customer communication, lead management, and follow-up.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company services (Loan, Chit & Insurance).
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Maintain customer details and update CRM records.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team.
- Convert potential leads into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Good Tamil communication skills.
- Basic English and computer knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling or CRM preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Preferred Skills: Telecalling, Customer Handling, Lead Follow-up, MS Excel & CRM Management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
