About KayCee Engineers

KayCee Engineers is an established architectural consultancy and construction company with a legacy dating back to 1973. We specialise in architectural design, residential construction, interior design and turnkey projects across Kerala.

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Visualiser who can transform architectural concepts and interior layouts into realistic, high-quality 3D renders and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Exterior Visualisation

- Create realistic 3D exterior models and architectural renders of residential and commercial buildings.
- Develop front elevations, building facades, landscaping and exterior environments.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting and environmental settings.
- Prepare day and night views and high-quality photorealistic renders.

Interior Visualisation

- Create detailed 3D interior models for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and other spaces.
- Develop realistic furniture layouts, false ceilings, lighting and material selections.
- Prepare interior renders with accurate textures, colours and lighting.
- Coordinate with the interior design team to develop concepts into realistic visual presentations.

General Responsibilities

- Understand architectural drawings, 2D plans and design concepts.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers and the project team.
- Make revisions based on client and management feedback.
- Maintain quality,



accuracy and timely delivery of assigned projects.
- Organise and maintain 3D project files and render outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SketchUp and rendering software.
- Proficiency in V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other post-production tools.
- Good understanding of architectural materials, lighting, textures and proportions.
- Ability to interpret 2D architectural drawings and convert them into 3D models.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail and time management.

Experience

- Freshers with strong software skills and an impressive portfolio may apply.
- Experienced candidates with a portfolio of completed interior and exterior projects are preferred.
