Department: Wellness Spa – KAI Spa & Wellness

Job purpose: Lead KAI Spa & Wellness as a safe, professional and guest-centred wellness operation, combining service quality, qualified practice, team leadership and commercial discipline.

Supervises

Spa Receptionist, Spa Therapists and other assigned wellness team members

Key duties and responsibilities

· Oversee daily spa operations, therapist rosters, appointment capacity, treatment-room readiness, guest feedback and service recovery.

· Bring hands-on experience in the health and wellness sector, with demonstrated practical knowledge of yoga and acupuncture; provide or supervise clinical procedures only when appropriately qualified and legally authorised.

· Verify credentials, scope of practice, training records and insurance/authorisations where applicable before assigning specialised treatments.

· Maintain treatment protocols, informed-consent processes, contraindication screening, client records and confidentiality.

· Ensure acupuncture and other treatments is delivered only by appropriately qualified practitioners and in compliance with applicable Indian laws, skilled requirements and hotel policy.

· Establish hygiene, linen handling, instrument sterilisation/disinfection, sharps disposal,



infection prevention and emergency-response procedures appropriate to services offered.

· Ensure yoga sessions are delivered by competent instructors, with suitability screening, safe modifications and clear communication of limitations.

· Manage treatment menu, pricing, packages, memberships, retail products, stock, therapist productivity and approved promotions.

· Recruit, train, coach and appraise staff; maintain professional boundaries and a respectful, non-discriminatory environment.

· Coordinate maintenance, laundry, housekeeping, procurement and marketing; review incidents, complaints and corrective actions.

Qualifications and experience

Relevant qualification in wellness/spa/hospitality management and substantial health-and-wellness experience. Demonstrable hands-on yoga and acupuncture experience is required for this role as specified by management; appropriate recognised credentials and legal authorisation are required for any regulated clinical practice..

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
