About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior OpenShift Administrator to manage, optimize, and support enterprise OpenShift environments across mission-critical platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO), Kubernetes administration, Linux systems, and cloud infrastructure. This role will be responsible for cluster administration, platform reliability, upgrades, security, automation, and operational excellence while enabling cloud-native application deployments across enterprise environments.

What You'll Do:

- Administer, maintain, and optimize OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters across Development, Testing, and Production environments.
- Perform OpenShift cluster installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities.
- Manage Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environments.
- Configure and maintain cluster networking, storage, and security policies.
- Manage persistent storage solutions, including Persistent Volumes (PV)



and Persistent Volume Claims (PVC).
- Implement and support backup, disaster recovery, and recovery processes for critical platform components.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to support application deployment requirements.
- Drive cloud-native application deployment strategies using containerized technologies and Kubernetes platforms.
- Automate platform provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes.
- Monitor cluster health, capacity, performance, and availability to ensure operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex platform, infrastructure, networking, and application deployment issues.
- Implement security hardening, access controls, compliance frameworks, and governance standards.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability frameworks for proactive platform management.
- Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations for platform modernization and scalability.
- Support cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives involving OpenShift and Azure platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, platform stability, reliability, and efficiency.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-12 years of experience in OpenShift Administration, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Operations, or DevOps environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO).
- Proven experience managing OpenShift cluster installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes administration and container orchestration technologies.
- Advanced Linux administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning expertise.
- Experience managing Docker-based containerized environments.
- Strong knowledge of cluster networking, ingress controllers, load balancing, and DNS configuration.
- Hands-on experience managing Persistent Volumes (PV), Persistent Volume Claims (PVC), and enterprise storage integrations.




- Experience implementing backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong scripting experience using Shell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services and hybrid cloud environments.
- Robust understanding of platform security, RBAC, vulnerability management, compliance, and governance controls.
- Experience supporting high-availability, mission-critical production environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and platform engineering practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring teams and supporting enterprise-scale platform operations.
