Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workato Integration Consultant to design, develop, and deliver enterprise integration solutions for global clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in Workato and enterprise integration platforms with excellent customer engagement, consulting, and solution delivery capabilities. The role involves leading technical discussions, designing scalable integration architectures, managing technical delivery, and collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Proven project experience delivering enterprise integration solutions using Workato

- Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience developing, testing, troubleshooting, deploying, and supporting integration solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex integration issues across multiple systems

DevOps & Source Control

- Strong understanding of:

Security & Governance

Key Responsibilities

Client Consulting & Solution Design

- Work with clients to understand business objectives, project scope, priorities, and integration requirements.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout project execution.
- Facilitate technical workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend the most suitable integration approach.




- Lead technical design discussions and produce detailed solution design documentation.

Solution Development & Delivery

- Design and develop enterprise integration solutions using Workato and related technologies.
- Build, test, troubleshoot, deploy, and support integration solutions across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of integration initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and development best practices.

Project Delivery

- Own technical delivery from requirements through production deployment.
- Deliver project milestones within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify and manage technical risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide regular technical progress updates to project teams and customer stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support UAT, go-live activities, production releases, and post-implementation support.

Continuous Improvement

- Mentor junior consultants and team members.
- Contribute reusable integration assets, best practices, and process improvements.
- Promote high-quality, maintainable, and supportable integration solutions.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Relevant Integration Platform Certifications are an added advantage
