Job Description: Revenue Manager Position Summary The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue and market share through the development and implementation of effective inventory controls, pricing strategies, and forecasting techniques. This role requires analyzing complex market trends, competitor data, and historical performance to optimize financial results across all distribution channels. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Pricing: Formulate and deploy energetic pricing and inventory strategies based on market demand, competitive intelligence, and historical patterns. Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare accurate short-term and long-term revenue forecasts, demand models, and annual financial budgets. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, yield percentages) to identify market opportunities and risks. Distribution Management: Oversee inventory distribution across all sales channels, online travel agencies (OTAs), and global distribution systems (GDS). Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing,



and Operations teams to design targeted promotional campaigns and align commercial strategies. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related quantitative field. Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in revenue management, pricing optimization, or data analytics (hospitality, travel, or airline industry preferred). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), advanced Excel, and business intelligence/data visualization tools. Analytical Mindset: Strong mathematical, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities with a high attention to detail. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively present data insights and strategic recommendations to leadership

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
