Job Description – Project Manager (Construction)

Reporting To: Director

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings and project schedules. Plan and monitor project progress, manpower, materials, machinery, and resources. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and MEP teams. Ensure quality standards, approved specifications, and method statements are followed. Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Monitor project costs, productivity, and construction timelines. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues. Coordinate with the head office for drawings, approvals, procurement, and other requirements.



Conduct site coordination meetings and follow up on pending activities. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and highlight delays to management. Monitor contractor performance and ensure effective utilization of resources. Coordinate snag rectification, final inspections, and project handover.

Role Objective: To manage and coordinate construction activities, ensuring project completion within the approved timeline, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
