Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Back Office Coordinator to join our team and support backend operations for an Australian Loans and Mortgage company.
The role involves handling financial documentation, backend processing, compliance checks and administrative coordination. Candidates with a background in Finance, Banking, Accounting or Financial Services are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative operations.
- Manage financial documents, records and data entry.
- Assist with loan and mortgage application processing.
- Perform documentation and compliance checks.
- Coordinate and manage emails and backend communication.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in back-office operations, finance, banking or administration.
- Finance or commerce background is preferred.
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and email handling.
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team.
