Inside Sales Executive (Telesales & WhatsApp) – Zingy Gifts

Location - Yamuna Vihar, Delhi · Full-time · Work from office
Salary - ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month [fixed + monthly sales incentives]
Job Timing - Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM

Zingy Gifts makes personalised gifts that people remember: custom storybooks where a child becomes the hero, caricatures, photo gifts and corporate gift hampers. We sell across India through our website, Amazon and directly to companies. We are a young, fast-growing team in Delhi.

What you will do

- Call and WhatsApp customers who have enquired through our ads and website, and help them choose the right gift
- Understand what the customer needs (who it’s for, the occasion, the delivery date) and recommend the best product
- Follow up with leads who haven’t ordered yet, by call first, not just messages
- Handle corporate enquiries: understand quantity, budget and timeline, and share quotations
- Update every lead and sale in our tracker (Google Sheets)
- Work with our design and operations teams so every order is delivered on time

You will do well here if you





- Enjoy talking to people on the phone and aren’t afraid of hearing “no”
- Want to earn more through incentives, not just a fixed salary
- Are honest with customers, even when the answer isn’t what they want to hear
- Ask questions and learn fast
- Speak Hindi fluently and can manage basic English
- Have 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales or customer-facing work. Freshers with strong communication are welcome.
