Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.
- Receive, verify and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Track stock movement, usage and wastage.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconciliation.
- Issue materials to the restaurant/operations team as required.
- Coordinate with purchase and operations teams for material requirements.
- Maintain proper storage, cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Identify and report stock shortages, damages and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food and non-food materials.

Requirements





- Previous experience as a Store Incharge / Store Keeper / Inventory Executive, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
- Positive organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle stock responsibly.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
