Job Overview:

Sun Publication, a leading provider of educational books and materials, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, developing relationships with schools, and driving book sales. The role includes promoting our book collections, handling client inquiries, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities with schools, libraries, and educational institutions.
- Present and promote the company's products to potential and existing clients.
- Manage relationships with current clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Prepare and send quotations, purchase statements, and payment reminders to clients.
- Track book orders, returns, and pending payments, and follow up accordingly.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the team on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the publishing, education, or book industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Excel and reports.
