Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to manage procurement, production coordination, inventory, and business data reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and maintain supplier records.
- Coordinate production with job workers and monitor timelines.
- Track inventory, material consumption, wastage and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate operational data and records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyse costs, production efficiency and business performance.
- Develop Excel-based reports and dashboards for management.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Business or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Valuable analytical, numerical and organisational skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or garment operations preferred.
