Job Overview

F&I; DEKOR is looking for a result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to develop and expand our dealer, fabricator, contractor, and interior skilled network in Agra and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.
- Regularly visit and meet dealers, fabricators, contractors, interior designers, architects, and other relevant clients.
- Convert potential leads into long-term customers and business partners.
- Promote and sell F&I; DEKOR’s Wall Panels, PVC Panels, WPC, Fluted Louvers, UV Marble Sheets, False Ceiling Solutions, and other interior products.
- Build strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and understand competitor pricing, products,



and market trends.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain proper follow-up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Expand F&I; DEKOR’s market presence across Agra and nearby areas.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in Plywood, Interior Products, Wall Panels, Building Materials, or related industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Agra market and nearby areas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and regular client visits.
- Existing contacts with dealers, fabricators, contractors, or interior professionals will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and capable of independently generating business.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
