NS Developers is looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales and a passion for property sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential buyers for residential and commercial properties.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Explain property features, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate deals, and convert prospects into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and property developments.

Eligibility & Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sales, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
