Roles and Responsibilities

- Support tender and GeM documentation, including preparation/collection of OEM authorization/MAF, datasheets, compliance sheets, certifications and other bid-related documents.

- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors and vendors for quotations, technical documents, product availability and delivery timelines.

- Assist in RFQ preparation, quotation collection, commercial comparison and vendor follow-ups.

- Support day-to-day procurement and supply chain activities, including material requirement tracking and order follow-ups.

- Maintain organized records of quotations, POs, invoices, vendor documents, certifications and technical datasheets.

- Assist in preparing technical compliance statements and BOQ/material comparisons against tender/project requirements.

- Coordinate internally with Projects, Technical and Supply Chain teams for material and documentation requirements

. • Maintain procurement/tender trackers and provide regular status updates.

- Support other basic technical and project documentation as required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC;, Computer/IT, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

- Final-year students or recent graduates can be considered

. • Prior internship/project exposure to CCTV, networking, procurement, tendering, GeM or supply chain would be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Basic knowledge of CCTV/IP cameras, NVRs, PoE switches, networking devices, cables and related accessories.

- Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.

- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Ability to understand technical specifications and product datasheets.

- Good written communication and professional email drafting skills.

- Strong documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
