We are looking for LANGO GARMENTS- Data Entry with Fresher and Experience or interest in the Garments & Apparel Manufacturing/Retail Industry. In this role, you will manage, update, and maintain critical data files—including Style Master sheets, Fabric & Trims Inventory, Purchase Orders (POs), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Shipment logs. Your accuracy will ensure smooth coordination between our merchandising, production, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

Style & Product Data Management:

Create and maintain Style Master files (Style numbers, fabric details, size specs, colorways, and pricing).

Input and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and tech pack data in ERP/PLM systems.

Inventory & Stock Tracking:

Log incoming and outgoing fabric rolls, trims, accessories, and finished garments into inventory management software.

Conduct regular audits between physical stock logs and system data to identify discrepancies.

Order Processing & Merchandising Support:

Enter purchase orders (POs) received from buyers and issue factory work orders.

Update production progress logs (cutting, stitching, finishing, packing) to assist merchandisers in tracking order status.

Quality & Shipment Documentation:





Record Quality Assurance (QA/QC) inspection reports, defect rates, and lab dip results.

Prepare packing lists, shipping manifests, and export documentation data accurately.

Requirements & Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: 0–3 years of data entry experience, preferably within a garment factory, buying house, apparel brand, or textile unit.

Software Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP skills are a strong plus).

Familiarity with Garment ERP/PLM software (e.g., FastReact, Lawson, SAP, WFX, or custom inventory management tools).

Technical & Industry Knowledge:

Basic understanding of garment terminology (e.g., fabric types, trims, colorways, size breakdown, GSM, Tech Packs).

Fast typing speed (45+ WPM) with high accuracy and low error rates.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
