Work location: Mehkar Road, Khandala Makardhwaj, Chikhli, District Buldhana, Maharashtra – 443201. Full-time, in office.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, based on suitability, qualifications and experience. Five vacancies. Experienced applicants may be offered higher pay according to qualifications and suitability.

HR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

Support school administration and day-to-day office coordination.

Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling and candidate communication.

Maintain employee records, documentation and organised office files.

Handle computer operations, correspondence and communication with staff and stakeholders.

Eligibility

12th pass, graduates and postgraduates may apply based on job suitability. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Candidates should have good communication, basic computer and documentation skills, attention to detail,



and the ability to handle employee information confidentially.

Candidates from Chikhli and nearby towns are encouraged to apply, followed by Buldhana, Akola, Washim, Jalna and other parts of Maharashtra. Applicants must be able to work on-site at the school.

Selection and joining

Selection involves an interview with the Principal only. We aim to arrange the interview within 7 days of receiving a suitable resume. Immediate joining or joining the next day after selection is preferred, subject to mutual agreement.
