Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Key Responsibilities

- Government Liaison: Coordinate with government departments, officials, and administrative authorities.
- Approvals & Permissions: Follow up on government approvals, licenses, permits, and official documentation.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with government officials and external stakeholders.
- Documentation: Prepare, maintain, and submit official documents, applications, and reports.
- Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of statutory and administrative formalities.
- Meetings & Coordination: Arrange official meetings, visits, and discussions with government authorities.
- CSR Activities: Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives with government bodies, NGOs, and local communities, where applicable.
- Issue Resolution:



Handle administrative issues and follow up with the relevant authorities for timely resolution.
- Travel & Field Visits: Visit government offices and other locations as required for official work.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding pending approvals, official communications, and government-related activities.

Mandatory Requirement: Prior experience in government administration and liaison activities.

Experience: 5–10 years
Location: Chennai (willingness to travel)
Joining Preference: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
