Key Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare RCM performance data to identify trends in AR calling outcomes and denial patterns
- Own AR calling and denial management workflows for complex cases, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Review denial reasons, supporting documentation, and process steps to determine corrective actions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, reduce delays, and minimize rework
- Identify root causes for recurring denial themes and recommend process improvements
- Report on operational metrics and escalation trends for performance tracking
- Use AI-enabled assistance (summarization, anomaly detection) to improve speed and consistency
Skill Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in Healthcare RCM operations, quality, or analytics
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience in AR calling and denial management workflows
- Understanding of RCM concepts (claims workflow, denial drivers, resolution steps)
- Experience with SOPs and quality standards
- Ability to analyze trends and recommend improvements
- Robust communication and stakeholder coordination skills
