VYMA Interior Boutique is looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Accountant cum Sales Executive to manage daily accounting operations, inventory, billing, and showroom sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily accounting entries, sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.

* Handle sales billing, purchase entries, and inventory management using accounting software.

* Maintain accurate stock records, product pricing, and inventory updates.

* Prepare GST-related documents and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA).

* Assist customers in selecting suitable home décor products and decorative items.

* Handle customer enquiries patiently and professionally.

* Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

* Maintain daily sales reports and support the achievement of sales targets.

Requirements

* Degree or diploma in Commerce,



Accounting, or a related field.

* Knowledge of accounting, GST documentation, billing, and inventory management.

* Experience with Zoho Books, Tally, or similar accounting software is preferred.

* Valuable communication, customer-handling, and sales skills.

* Patience, attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to multitask.

* Previous experience in retail sales or accounting will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can efficiently manage accounts and inventory while confidently assisting customers and driving showroom sales.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
