Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Business Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing suitable business solutions, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate business solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Explain company services, processes, and packages clearly to clients.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Handle client queries and provide timely assistance.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, pending follow-ups, and sales performance.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 6 month –3 years of experience in Business Consulting, Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
