- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidates' communication skills and suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary packages and discuss joining dates with selected candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
