We are looking for a Solar Service Technician to handle installation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of on-grid solar PV systems. The role involves site visits, inverter diagnostics, and coordination with the internal service and project teams to ensure smooth system operation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of on-grid solar PV systems
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to inverters, panels, AC/DC wiring, and protection devices
- Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Perform preventive maintenance checks and system health inspections
- Coordinate with site engineers, project team, and OEM technical support when required
- Maintain service records, site reports, and fault logs
- Assist in commissioning, testing, and handover of solar installations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma / Electrical or Electronics background preferred
- Experience of atleast 1 Year Preferred
- Basic understanding of solar PV systems and on-grid inverters
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical faults
- Willingness to travel to project and customer sites
- Experience in Solar system maintenance or related field would be beneficial
- Two Wheeler Mandatory; Freshers Can apply as Trainees
