Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join the NextEra IT Solutions team. If you are passionate about digital marketing, skilled in leveraging social media platforms, and have strong communication and sales skills, this is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career.

No prior internship experience is required—freshers are welcome!

Key Responsibilities

- Digital & Social Media Marketing:
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to build brand presence and drive lead generation for IT services.
- Monitor social media analytics and trends to optimize campaign performance.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Support the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and acquiring new accounts for IT services and software solutions.
- Connect with prospective business clients via calls, emails, and direct messages.




- Pitch NextEra IT Solutions’ service offerings convincingly and manage initial client inquiries.
- Communication & Strategy:
- Draft compelling copy for posts, outreach messages, emails, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to align marketing campaigns with sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science/IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Freshers Welcome: Open to enthusiastic candidates who are ready to learn and execute without prior internship experience.
- Skills Needed:
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal, persuasive, and negotiation skills tailored for sales.
- Proactive, results-driven attitude with an eagerness to learn in a rapid-paced tech environment.
